Sales Policies & Inspection Period
All sales are final as funds go directly towards casting and shipping and handling costs.
Please inspect your horse as soon as possible upon receipt. All castings will be inspected before shipping, but if you happen to detect flaws in yours that are beyond the standard seam lines, minor pinholes, flashing material expected from the casting process, please email me at qequinedesigns@gmail.com to let me know. You have a 5-day inspection period upon delivery confirmation to check for breaks from transit during which time you may return a casting for a replacement.
Shipping
All models are shipped via USPS priority with tracking. Insurance is strongly advised for all items, as these are one-of-a-kind art pieces. Insurance is mandatory on items over $500. A NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The customs value must be correct on the customs form. International buyers are responsible for any duty/taxes/charges and are not included in the shipping. Inability to pay or afford your country’s duty/taxes/charges is not a warranted refund. If you refuse the model and it is returned to me, you will not receive a refund. If this is your first international purchase, please familiarize yourself with your country’s duty/taxes/charges before purchasing.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to alert us if your item needs to be sent to a new or different address. All items automatically ship to the address noted/associated with initial payment for that item. If you do not let us know you have moved and your item is lost, undelivered or not forwarded to the new location, the buyer is not entitled to a refund or replacement. Any warranted refunds will not include the initial shipping charges.
